Your 5 Islands itinerary begins with a scenic stop near Île aux Aigrettes, either on the outward or return journey depending on the tide — your skipper will choose the best time. Continue to Île de la Passe to discover the remains of its fortifications and the story of the famous 1810 Battle of Grand Port. Then explore Île au Phare, home to a historic 19th-century lighthouse and breathtaking views across the lagoon and the Indian Ocean.
Next, head towards Îlot Flamants, a remarkable strip of white sand surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise water. The stop is possible according to the tide and sea conditions. Enjoy a snorkeling stop to discover the colourful fish, coral and marine life of the south-east lagoon.
Admire the Grande Rivière South East waterfall before continuing to the wild side of Île aux Cerfs for a delicious barbecue lunch on the beach. Afterwards, relax and enjoy the island’s more famous postcard-perfect side before returning to Pointe d’Esny at around 3:30 p.m.
