By booking or using services provided by The Pearl Cruise Dolphin, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking Policy

A reservation is confirmed upon full payment or a specified deposit.

Clients must provide accurate information during the booking process.

3. Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made 7 days before the booking date.

Cancellations made within 3-6 days are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the excursion.

4. Cancellation Policy

If weather conditions prevent the tour, a reschedule will be offered. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

The Pearl Cruise Dolphin reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability

The Pearl Cruise Dolphin is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during tours. Customers are encouraged to follow safety instructions at all times.

6. Payment

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and other accepted methods displayed on the website.
